You can cancel your Whoop subscription within 30 days of receiving your band to be eligible for a refund of the Initial Membership Fee minus shipping charges.
If you acquired Whoop through its trial offer, you can cancel at any time during the trial period but must return the device and battery pack in 21 days.
Moreover, you can only cancel your membership at the end of the commitment period provided by your chosen plan.
How to Cancel Whoop Membership
To cancel your Whoop Membership, simply follow these steps:
1. Log in to http://app.whoop.com/membership
2. Click Cancel your membership
3. You will be presented with options depending on your Membership Type:
- Paid upfront (12 or 24 months) – Set your membership to be canceled at the end of the up-front period
- Paid monthly, within 12-month commitment – Pay upfront for the remainder of your contracted months or schedule your membership to terminate after the expiration date of your contract.
- Paid monthly and outside of 12-month commitment – Cancel your account before your next billing date. You are allowed to continue using WHOOP until you reach the termination date of your membership. Once it is terminated, no more biometric data will be sent, uploaded, or analyzed by you.
4. Select one from the three options.
5. Click Cancel your membership
6. Wait for a Cancelation Confirmation

How to Pause Whoop Membership
You can pause your Whoop Membership for up to a maximum of Three Months. To pause your Whoop Membership, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to http://app.whoop.com/membership
- Click Pause Membership
- Choose the Amount of Time you want to pause
- Once confirmed, your membership will be paused immediately
💡Note: To be eligible to pause your membership, you must meet the following requirements:
- You have a paid Whoop Membership (not using Whoop through another organization)
- Must not be in a commitment
- Not having already taken a break within the last 12 months
- Not a Whoop Pro member
