To Cancel Your Subscription Directly through Disney Plus

1. Open your internet browser
2. Log in to Disney+ on your desktop computer or mobile device
3. Then click the Profile icon
4. Select Account to view your account details
5. Select your Disney+ subscription under Subscription
6. Tap Cancel Subscription
7. Fill out the survey for your reason for canceling (optional) to complete cancellation

If you purchased Disney+ through a third party or on an Apple or Android phone, you’ll need to cancel your subscription directly through the provider. This might be the case if you signed up for Disney+ through Apple, Roku, Amazon, Xfinity, or the Google Play store.

Restarting Disney Plus subscription

To restart your subscription after canceling:

• Log in to your Disney Plus account
• Go to your profile
• Select Account
• Then choose Restart Subscription
• Click Agree to confirm that you’d like to restart your subscription

Deleting Disney account
