However, for subscriptions that cover three, six, and 12 months, your request to cancel the service will only take effect at the end of the contract term. It usually takes Scentbird seven business days to process subscription cancellation requests. While you won’t receive a refund, you will continue to receive Scentbird products until the term of your subscription expires.

If you added a Candle Club subscription, you can cancel it at any time without incurring a penalty. Likewise, you’ll continue to receive your fragrances even after you’ve terminated your Candle Club subscription.
