However, if the scents no longer excite your olfactory senses, cancel your Scentbird subscription and save money.
How to Cancel Your Scentbird Subscription
You can cancel your subscription on the Scentbird website by logging into your Account, and clicking “Cancel Subscription” on the “Subscription Status” page.

How to Cancel Your Scentbird Subscription By Email
Cancel your Scentbird subscription by emailing a cancelation request to [email protected] with the subject line “Cancelation.”
1. Inform customer service that you want to cancel your subscription.
2. Provide a reason for the cancelation.
3. Include the following information to help customer service verify your subscription:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Billing address
- The last four digits of the credit card
- The date of the last billing
- The amount of the last billing
- User Name

4. Request a response confirming your subscription was canceled before the next shipment date.
What Is Scentbird’s Cancelation Policy?
You can cancel your Scentbird subscription anytime. However, subscriptions automatically renew on the billing date.
Scentbird offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly
- Every three months
- Every six months
- Annual
It takes Scentbird seven days to process subscription requests.
To avoid getting charged for another subscription, cancel online one day before the current billing period expires or email your cancelation request at least seven days before the renewal date.
To verify the billing date, go to your Scentbird profile.
💡Note: Scentbird doesn’t give refunds on subscriptions, but you’ll continue to receive products until your subscription expires.
Can You Return Your Scentbird Order?
Yes.
If the products were delivered to you in damaged condition, Scentbird will replace them within 30 days.
If the products were delivered to you in good condition, but you decide to return them for some reason, you may do so within 15 days of receiving the items.
To return an order, email Scentbird customer service at [email protected].
Include the following information in your email:
- Explain why you’re returning the item.
- Request for an “RMA number”.
- Provide your complete account details.
It might take Scentbird 14 business days to process your request for a return of the product. Scentbird will notify you via email once the request has been processed. When you return a product, Scentbird will credit your account.
Can You Change Your Scentbird Order?

If you’re unsure of the fragrances you selected, you can change the items in your queue by following these simple steps:
- Visit the Scentbird website.
- Log into your Account.
- Go to the product that you want removed from the queue.
- Click the “X” button on the right side of the product.
Once you remove the product, the item below will assume the new position in the queue.
How to Cancel Candle Club Add-on Subscription
Follow the instructions below to cancel your subscription to the Candle Club:
- Log into your Scentbird account.
- Go to your “Manage Subscriptions”
- Click “Candle”.
- Click “Cancel Candle Subscription”.
- Confirm your decision by clicking on “Cancel Candle Subscription”.
If you added a Candle Club subscription, you can cancel it without penalty.
Likewise, you’ll continue receiving your fragrances even after terminating your Candle Club subscription.
We recommend canceling your Candle Club subscription at least one (1) day before the scheduled billing date. Otherwise, you’ll receive a new candle next month.
Please take note that if you cancel your Scentbird subscription for fragrances, your subscription to the Candle Club will automatically be canceled.
