Cancel DashPass in the app 

The DoorDash app is available on both iOS and Android mobile devices. 

To end subscription in the app:

  • Log in to your account in the DoorDash app
  • Tap on the account icon in the top left of the screen
  • Select Manage DashPass
  • Choose End Subscription
  • Confirm cancellation

How to Cancel a DoorDash Pass Order

If you’ve ordered takeout or groceries but have decided that you no longer want to receive the order, you can cancel from your DoorDash app or online.

  • Open your DoorDash app
  • Sign in with your login details
  • Click Orders at the bottom of the DoorDash app
  • Select the order that you want to cancel
  • Click View Order
  • Choose Help in the upper right corner (you will be redirected to customer support)
  • Click Cancel Order

Will I get a refund if I cancel my subscription early?

If you’ve already paid for your subscription, DoorDash will likely not offer you a refund.

You will have access to your subscription until the end of your billing cycle. Then if you want to cancel your subscription, you should do so before you get charged again.

This does not mean that you cannot contact DoorDash customer service to request a refund. In general, it can be difficult to get a refund for subscription services, especially if you’ve already used the service since your subscription was renewed. You can’t access the free trial more than once on a single account. So, in the future, if you want to access DashPass perks, you’ll need to sign up for a subscription.

When you sign up for the free trial, you have to enter your payment details. After the free trial period comes to an end, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to your chosen plan.
